Login into Retail Link at https://retaillink.login.wal-mart.com/login using the user id and password provided and go to the My User Account page located within the User menu.
Next, we want to copy the value in the User ID field.
This value is called the System Identifier and is used by our system to determine to whom a download file belongs as it is included in the file name. Take this value and UPDATE or INSERT into the ClientSystemIdentifier table on the p-sqldatabase1.database.windows.net server on the p-retailmasterdata database.
Next, send an email to dataacquisitionteammembers@premiumretail.com with the new user id and new system identifier so they can update the password spreadsheet.
