Purpose

This article provides instructions for configuring the Rep Performance Dashboard, including setup requirements, KPI configuration, reporting periods, and dashboard data uploads.

The dashboard is meant to be rep-focused, providing a high-level view of their performance through selected KPIs and metrics.


Dashboard data is updated manually through submission of the results template to 360 Support.


IMPORTANT: The dashboard is only as effective as the data submitted.


Process


1. Submit a Dashboard Setup Request

Download the Dashboard Setup Template file attached to this article and include it in the Setup Request.

Note: The Rep Performance Dashboard must be enabled before it can be used.


2. Complete the Program Tab

Populate the required fields within the Step 1 – Program tab. 


Required fields:

  • Program Name – Client, team, or program name
  • Program Description – Brief summary of the program
  • Legal Entity – Applicable legal entity


3. Complete the Indicators Tab

Populate the required fields within the Step 2 – Indicators tab.


Required fields:

  • Sequence – Determines KPI display order

  • KPI Name – KPI label displayed to reps

  • KPI Type – Currency, Percent, or Number


There is no limit to the number of indicators that can be configured.


4. Complete the Periods Tab


Populate the required fields within the Step 3 – Periods tab.


Required fields:

  • From Date
  • Thru Date
  • Description

Important: Reporting periods must not overlap.


5. Complete the Results Template


The Results Template is used to populate dashboard data and must be included with the initial dashboard setup request. For future dashboard updates, only the Results Template is required. 


Required fields (in order):

  1. Program
  2. KPI Name
  3. Period Name
  4. RepID
  5. KPI Value


Optional fields:

  • KPI Comment
  • KPI Status -controls KPI color coding
    • HIGH = Green
    • MEDIUM = Yellow
    • LOW = Red
    • Blank = black


Additional Details

  • The Rep Performance Dashboard must be enabled by 360 Support before it can be used.
  • All tabs within the Dashboard Setup Template must be completed during the initial setup request.
  • The Results Template is used to populate dashboard data and can be submitted separately for future dashboard updates.
  • Dashboard data is updated manually through submission of the Results Template to 360 Support.
  • No automated data refresh currently exists.
  • Historical data persists across uploads. Uploading a new reporting period does not remove previously submitted periods.
