Purpose


This article provides instructions for importing product photos that will be displayed for Product Lists and Alerts within 360.


Process


1. Access Manage Product List Photos from the Project Mgmt dropdown.




2. Select the desired client from the Client drowndown menu.



3. Upload individual images or bulk upload.


How To Prepare Photo Files


Photos must be named using one of the supported identifiers:

  • UPC
  • Store Item Number
  • Control WIC


Image files must follow this naming convention:

ItemID.jpg


Example:
If the ItemID# is 12345678  
then the image file must be named 12345678.jpg


4. Verify the Import


Review the imported products and confirm that photos have been successfully linked to the correct items.


Additional Details

  • Images are matched using the filename provided during upload.
  • The filename must exactly match the corresponding UPC, Store Item Number, or Control WIC.
  • Photos that do not match a valid identifier will not be linked to a product.
  • Bulk Import is recommended when uploading large numbers of images.
